What trainings do you offer? Our primary focus is on teaching CPR and AED usage for both adults and children. Additionally, we offer instruction in choking response techniques, including the Heimlich maneuver, as well as bleeding control and a range of other essential first aid skills.

What should I expect in a training event? This one-hour CPR training session provides hands-on experience using realistic manikins and mock AED equipment. Participants will practice adult and child CPR techniques, proper use of an AED, and essential life-saving skills in a structured, interactive environment to build confidence and competence in emergency response.

Who can get trained? We teach anyone ages 10 and up!

What is the cost? We are a volunteer-based nonprofit organization offering all of our training programs completely free of charge. Our dedicated team of instructors is fully equipped with transportation and teaching materials, allowing us to deliver high-quality, on-site education at no cost to the communities we serve.
